TradeRoutes Events API

Show the trading card events on TradeRoutes (trade shows, trade nights, game nights) on your own site or app. It's read-only and free; you just need a key, which we hand out by request.

Authentication

Send your key in the X-Api-Key header on every request. Keep it on your server; don't put it in a web page or an app where people can read it.

List events

GET /api/partner/v1/events/: approved events, soonest first.

q: Matches the event name or city.
type: trade_show, trade_night, game_night or other.
from, to: YYYY-MM-DD, inclusive, both or neither. Without them you get upcoming events only.
page, page_size: Pages of 20 by default, up to 100.

An event can run on several days, each with its own hours: dates lists them, and start_*/end_* are the overall span. Times are local to the venue. Link people to page_url for the full event page.

One event

GET /api/partner/v1/events/<id>/: the same fields as a list row.

Errors and limits

400: A bad or half-given date range. The body says what to fix.
401: No key, or one that isn't valid or was revoked.
404: No approved event with that id.
429: Over your rate limit (1,000 requests an hour per key). Wait and retry.
