About Trade Routes

Trade Routes is a project that was started by two friends (Kyle and Tyler) in 2024. Kyle plays a lot of magic, and was frusterated with the avaiable marktplaces. He loves lowballing people on facebook marketplace, but the ability to efficiently find cards on peer-to-peer marketplaces, or MTG trading groups was terrible. And he wasnt going to pay the prices of registered dealers at places like tcgplayer. We are both software developers, so we decided to start making Trade Routes to fill that gap. We have also had help from some of our other friends, which we really appreciate! And we are always open to feedback - please feel free to leave that below or join our discord!

I like to apply technology towards sustainability, and am particuarly interested in self hosting/open source projects as an alternative to big tech subscription services at the moment.
